We are committed to providing you with high-quality services and support. Our refund policy is designed to clarify the terms and conditions related to refunds for our various services.

This refund policy applies to the following services offered by Click Binar Solutions:

- Marketing Services
- Training Programs
- Consultation Services
- Coaching Programs
- Mobile Applications

3. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You can only request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase or commencement of services, whichever comes first.
- Request a refund is only available if the services and programs are canceled by Click Binar Solutions.
- Request a refund is only available if the apps and software provided by Click Binar Solutions are discontinued. In such cases, you will receive a refund for the unused balance of your subscription. For example, if you subscribed for 12 months but only used 2 months, you will be eligible for a refund of the remaining 10 months.

5. Non-Refundable Services
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Client agreed with the plan and given the permission to proceed the service.
- Services already rendered and completed.
- There are no refunds once the training is conducted and completed.
- Cancellation of services by the client after the agreed-upon service period has started.
- There are no refunds once the product and/or service is being used and consumed for more than 7 days.

6. Cancellation Policy
In the event that you wish to cancel your services, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined in your service agreement for details on cancellation procedures and potential associated fees.

7. Force Majeure
